Architectural Review Committee
If you are a member in the Lakemont Homeowners Association and you are planning to
make changes in your landscaping or begin a home-improvement project that will affect
the appearance of your home, including but not limited to painting the
exterior, replacing
your sod, installing a pool or lanai or privacy fence, it is your
responsibility to contact your Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
Please print the following
form, complete and submit it to the ARC: ARC_Request_Form.
The deed restrictions mandate
that proposed improvements be reviewed and approved by the ARC prior to their construction/installation.
The ARC reviews your requests promptly and objectively. You may e-mail or write the ARC: P.O. Box 823, Brandon, Florida, 33509-0823.
When you have ARC approval for your project, if the project
requires a permit and you have applied for one, you can look-up the status
of the permit on with Hillsborough
County.
